Standard messages aren't encrypted... the only way they would be is if the preferences are set to encrypt or something has been modified in the standard memo form to encrypt by default. If Mail/General "Encrypt mail that you send" is NOT checked and the "(Delivery Options)" form or the Memo form has not been modified, I can't imagine what is causing your problem. You may want to open an incident with IBM Support.
